\n1. This Code of conduct (this Code) shall be called “The Code of Business Conduct & Ethics for Board Members and Senior Management\nPersonnel of The Jute Corporation of India Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).<\/p>\n
INTRODUCTION<\/strong> 3. This Code for Board Members and Senior Management Personnel has been framed specially in compliance with\nthe Guidelines of Department of Public Enterprise (DPE).<\/p>\n 4. It shall come into force with effect from the 13th of September, 2011. 5.
